Front Fava with Docker

Goal is to use docker-compose up -d to have https://github.com/beancount/fava/tree/master/contrib/docker only be accessible after some form of authentication is done.

1. https://github.com/bitly/oauth2_proxy is archived but has some nice pointers to current work.
